- 20 TE32K.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 03-26-1993
- DESC: TE32K - TE32K is designed to be a more-or-less “plug in” replacement
- KEY: TE32K.sit KBytes: 59392
- DESC: for the Macintosh Toolbox TextEdit package. The major difference
- DESC: between the two editor packages is that TE32K allows for the
- DESC: manipulation of text-files LARGER than 32K. There are a few other
- DESC: differences as well, most of which are shortcomings due to laziness
- DESC: on my part, but since this source code is provided to you gratis,
- DESC: please feel free to modify it in whatever twisted way your warped
- DESC: little heart desires. If you do improve it in any way, please be
- DESC: kind enough to share your work with the rest of us (i.e. send me a
- DESC: copy so I can keep track of TE32K's current state of evolution!).
- 18 Texx0.3.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 11-22-1993
- DESC: Texx0.3 - This is the third release version of the Texx scripting
- KEY: Texx0.3.sit KBytes: 102400
- DESC: interpreter. This scripting language is an attempt to implement a
- DESC: version of the Rexx interpreter that is commonly used on IBM's
- DESC: VM/CMS mainframe operating system. This version of Texx is far from
- DESC: a full implementation, so don't think that you can copy your CMS
- DESC: execs and run them on your Mac. This is a very minimal
- DESC: implementation, however, it still adds additional functionality to
- DESC: the Mac OS. My plans are to keep updating Texx and hopefully it
- DESC: will mimic the mainframe version very closely. Requires System 7.
- DESC: The Manual is in MacWrite format.
- 17 The Journal.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 07-24-1991
- DESC: This is a cdev/INIT/DRVR combination that takes advantage of the
- KEY: The Journal.sit KBytes: 58368
- DESC: journaling mechanism of the Event Manager (Inside Mac vol I). The
- DESC: archive contains full ThinkC source for all components. The code
- DESC: and driver are public domain and free... enjoy.
- 16 TheUpdater1.10a.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 11-22-1993
- DESC: TheUpdater1.10a - TheUpdater contains two applications to simplify
- KEY: TheUpdater1.10a.sit KBytes: 49152
- DESC: updating ANYTHING... The first application, Update Builder, asks you
- DESC: for the OLD version, and then the NEW version. Then Update Builder
- DESC: crunches through the two files (which, by the way, can be completely
- DESC: different kinds of files!), determining what has changed. It then
- DESC: pops out a simple document that describes the changes to the other
- DESC: application - Updater! Could it be any easier?
- 15 THINK Back 1.1.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 07-28-1992
- DESC: THINK Back 1.1 - use of a time manager task to regulate calls to
- KEY: THINK Back 1.1.sit KBytes: 10240
- DESC: WaitNextEvent, allowing for better control over multifinder
- DESC: friendlines - use of the new icon manager calls, for color
- DESC: notification icons THINK Back is an extension that lets you put
- DESC: compiles in the background. If you're using THINK C or THINK
- DESC: Pascal, you can use this INIT to let you start a long compile, put
- DESC: THINK C or Pascal in the background, and use your machine for
- DESC: something else while the compiler's working. When the compile is
- DESC: complete, the Notification manager is used to tell you that it's
- DESC: done.
- 14 THINK FONTs.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 05-31-1993
- DESC: THINK FONTs - This is a program to aid Development with Symantec's
- KEY: THINK FONTs.sit KBytes: 19456
- DESC: THINK C v4.0, THINK C version 5.0 (...and possibly version 6.0). It
- DESC: is an extension to the Editor that allows you to change fonts,
- DESC: sizes, and tabs simply by selecting a directory or file using
- DESC: SFGetFile() calls. Using this program should produce quicker
- DESC: development time by standardizing fonts, font sizes, and tabs for
- DESC: all the source files in your projects. No more messy dialogs or
- DESC: popup menus to slow you down.

- DESC:
- 10 Think/macsbug ƒ.sit 3 B AMUG BBS in a Box 04-28-1991
- DESC: This file contains Resedit templates to help you work with Think C
- KEY: Think/macsbug ƒ.sit KBytes: 5120
- DESC: and Macsbugs more effectively.
- DESC:
- DESC:
- 8 TIFF Code.sit 3 B AMUG BBS in a Box 05-31-1988
- DESC: Source For r/w TIFF files. Dr Dobbs article
- KEY: TIFF Code.sit KBytes: 124928
- 7 TileCDEF.sit 1 B AMUG BBS in a Box 10-09-1989
- DESC: TileCDEF - Turbo pascal Tile CDEF resource for writting buttons
- KEY: TileCDEF.sit KBytes: 13312
- DESC: similar to Hypercards with icins. This version works with 32 bit
- DESC: color and runs on system 7.0.
- DESC:
- 6 ToolboxReference.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 09-19-1992
- DESC: ToolboxReference - This is an upgrade of the first version of this
- KEY: ToolboxReference.sit KBytes: 60416
- DESC: which I uploaded back in March. I hope it fixes a few small bugs.
- DESC: Basically this hypercard stack lets programmers search for toolbox
- DESC: routines by partial names and then shows you the required
- DESC: prototypes as well as the Inside Macintosh reference. Only includes
- DESC: IM volumes 1-5 (so it has none of the new system 7 routines). Also
- DESC: lets you search by toolbox manager to collect all the prototypes
- DESC: for say the Window Manager or the Dialog Manager, etc.
- DESC:
- DESC:
- 5 ToolsPlus 2.1.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 12-07-1993
- DESC: ToolsPlus 2.1 - Tools Plus is a library of routines that simplifies
- KEY: ToolsPlus 2.1.sit KBytes: 381952
- DESC: programming a Macintosh computer, and significantly reduces the time
- DESC: it takes to write and debug a program. With Tools Plus, you program
- DESC: at a much higher level when creating, maintaining, and working with
- DESC: a user-interface, so you can develop applications more easily, more
- DESC: quickly, with less source code, with fewer bugs, and with more
- DESC: features than if you use ordinary C or Pascal. Tools Plus libraries
- DESC: can be used by programmers developing applications in THINK C or
- DESC: THINK Pascal. Works with system 5, 6 or 7! Registered users get
- DESC: free support and a comprehensive, illustrated 180-page user manual,
- 4 Tri-Menu.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 07-22-1993
- DESC: Tri-Menu - Anyone out there who is sick of the old Pop-up menus,
- KEY: Tri-Menu.sit KBytes: 63488
- DESC: look no further. Using those great triangles from System 7, which
- DESC: we all love, I developed a new type of menu. Give it a try. I love
- DESC: them. It also uses offscreen bitmapping in the code, which is
- DESC: useful if one is trying to learn animation techniques. This file
- DESC: will be of interest to anyone who enjoys menu programming. This
- DESC: file needs some manipulation to work, and is not for the faint at
- DESC: heart.
- DESC:
- DESC:
- 1 TurboT.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 10-31-1992
- DESC: TurboT - HelloTurboTabby (HTT) is a modified HelloTabby (HT), by
- KEY: TurboT.sit KBytes: 10240
- DESC: Pete Johnson. HT was modified by Michael Lininger on 12-16-89 so
- DESC: it would be compatitable with Turbo Pascal. It was orginally
- DESC: written for the lightspeed pascal envrioment. HTT is for use with
- DESC: the Tubro Pascal Enviroment.
